{"id":9739,"date":"2024-02-21T11:46:43","date_gmt":"2024-02-21T16:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cariberadionline.com\/portal\/?p=9739"},"modified":"2024-02-21T11:46:43","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T16:46:43","slug":"construccion-del-plan-de-desarrollo-marca-un-hito-en-democracia-participativa-alcalde-char","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cariberadionline.com\/portal\/construccion-del-plan-de-desarrollo-marca-un-hito-en-democracia-participativa-alcalde-char\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo marca un hito en democracia participativa: alcalde Char"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con corte al 17 de febrero, 1.858 ciudadanos se han unido entregando sus propuestas a trav\u00e9s del micrositio del Plan de Desarrollo disponible en la p\u00e1gina web institucional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En una muestra de\u00a0<strong>compromiso con la democracia participativa<\/strong>, el<strong>\u00a0alcalde Alejandro Char<\/strong>\u00a0anunci\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta a<strong>\u00a0escuchar a la ciudadan\u00eda para la construcci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo 2024-2027<\/strong>, con el fin de establecer una hoja de ruta clara y consensuada para el crecimiento y planificaci\u00f3n de la ciudad en sus cuatro a\u00f1os de mandato.<\/p>\n<p>El mandatario distrital asegur\u00f3 que desea una\u00a0<strong>amplia participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este proyecto<\/strong>, que es un instrumento de planificaci\u00f3n que orienta las acciones de la Administraci\u00f3n distrital durante un per\u00edodo de gobierno. Es la formulaci\u00f3n de las metas y proyectos que se realizar\u00e1n en Barranquilla por los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la fecha,\u00a0<strong>se han llevado a cabo 20 mesas de trabajo<\/strong>, tanto sectoriales como poblacionales, y se tienen\u00a0<strong>programadas 40 m\u00e1s hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 16 de marzo<\/strong>. Estas reuniones est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para ser completamente accesibles al p\u00fablico, asegurando que todos los barranquilleros tengan la oportunidad de contribuir. Estas \u00e1reas han sido identificadas como fundamentales para el desarrollo integral de Barranquilla, apuntando a metas y proyectos que impulsen el progreso de la ciudad en diversos frentes.<\/p>\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda hace un llamado a todos los habitantes de Barranquilla para que participen activamente en este proceso.\u00a0<strong>Los ciudadanos interesados pueden asistir a las mesas de trabajo<\/strong>\u00a0programadas o enviar sus propuestas a trav\u00e9s del micrositio del Plan de Desarrollo disponible en la p\u00e1gina web institucional\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barranquilla.gov.co\/plan-desarrollo-2024-2027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">www.barranquilla.gov.co<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En la localidad Riomar, donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo uno de estos primeros encuentros para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan, el\u00a0<strong>l\u00edder comunitario Eduardo Osorio Gamarra<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 la importancia de estos espacios y agradeci\u00f3 al alcalde Char que la<strong>\u00a0comunidad sea
